Obituary

CROMBIE.

Word has been received in this city of a death in Des Moines yesterday morning of W.H. Crombie, a former well known and popular resident of this city. Mr. Crombie for years was a successful farm of Pleasant Valley. He sold his farm and built a house in this city on the corner of Twelfth street near Tremont avenue, where he lived until about 6 years ago, when he removed to Des Moines.

The remains will arrive here Friday morning and the interment will be made in Oakdale.
