Warhurst

Friday forenoon occurred the death of Joseph Warhurst, at his residence 527 Mississippi avenue. Mr. Warhurst was 78 years of age and has been an invalid for the past two or three years, suffering greatly with dropsy and asthma. He was at one time a soldier in the English army and his bearing gave evidence of his military training. He leaves a wife and one daughter to mourn his death. The funeral will take place today (Saturday) at 10 o'clock from his late residence, with interment in Pine Hill cemetery. Friends of the family are invited to attend.
