Clark Joseph Drescher died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Hida Baughman, after a lingering illness at 5:30 o’clock Monday evening. The residence is located on the Brady street road about ten miles north of Davenport.

Mr. Drescher was born in Calamus, Ia., March 19, 1876, and moved to Princeton with his parents in 1881, where he resided until four years ago when he went to live with his sister. His survivors include his mother and two sister, Mrs. Baughman and Mrs. Carrie McCollough.

The funeral will be held at 1 o’clock Wednesday afternoon from the late home. Interment will be in LeClaire cemetery.
