The funeral of Charles Janssen, 824 West Fourth street, was held from the Runge chapel Wednesday afternoon with Rev. Carl Holterman in charge of the services. Interment was made in Oakdale cemetery.

Pallbearers were Phillip Vierick, Harry Ohlweiler, William Mess, Henry Mess, William Hanssen and Robert Pierce.
