Morrill

The death of Mrs. Sarah W. Morrill, widow of the late James Morrill, occurred at 5:30 o’clock yesterday morning at her home, 907 LeClaire street, after a very short illness.

The deceased was 70 years of age, a native of New Hampshire, and came to Iowa with her husband in 1861. Mr. Morrill for 30 years was a master mechanic of the C.R.I. & P. Mrs. Morrill was a member of the Trinity church and an active worker in all good causes.

One sister, Mrs. T. B. Twombley, of Chicago, survives her. She had two children.

The funeral will be held from the residence at 4:30 this afternoon. Tonight the remains will be taken east to Dover, N.H., the old family home, where the interment will take place.
