Funeral services for Fritz Meier were held Friday afternoon at 1 o’clock from the home in Long Grove. The Rev. Mark Getzendaner, of St. Mark’s Lutheran church, spoke at the home and at the grave in the City cemetery, where the remains were laid to rest.

Those who acted as pallbearers were Sam Baughman, Chris Marti, William Reimers, Charles Jacobsen, S. Clapp and M. Calderwood.
