Alex. Anderson of this city has been advised of the death at Chicago of Winfield McChesney, a former resident of this city, who at one time was connected with the local freight department of the Rock Island Road. The remains arrived here in the city Sunday and services were conducted by Rev. S. R. J. Hoyt at the Boies undertaking parlors with interment at Oakdale.
