Sabula Gazette, Sabula, Iowa, January 11, 1879

Miss LUCY HODSON and BENSON BADHAM were married by Justice Finger, in Davenport, on Christmas morning. It was a runaway match, the couple having walked twelve miles in the snow to reach Davenport, the girl's father being opposed to the match.
