Many Eldridge People Leaving on Long Trips

Eldridge, Ia., Aug. 30 -- Julius Lucht of Newton, Mass., who is on his way home from an extended trip along the western coast, is visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Lucht of Eldridge.

Miss Selma Jebens of Davenport is visiting at the home of Mr and Mrs. Henry Wiese and Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Tank of Eldridge.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wiese and son Robert of Eldridge, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Vogt of Davenport, left this morning on a motor trip to Starved Rock, Ill.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Arp and son Aaron, residing south of Eldridge, are visiting relatives in Luverne and Westbrook, Minn.
