(Westcott); ed. at St. Stephen's College and University of Pennsylvania, 1903; initiated by New York Sigma-Phi, Nov. 24, 1899; eminent recorder, affiliated with Pennsylvania Theta, attended Washington convention, 1902 and the Atlantic City convention, 1909; clergyman Protestant Episcopal church; m.
