Sybil E. Simpson, 90, of Wall Lake, IA, formerly of Des Moines and Lake View, IA, died on November 26, 2012 at Loring Hospital in Sac City, IA.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 3, 2012, at Lakes United Methodist Church in Lake View, IA.

A visitation will also be held at the church on Sunday evening, December 2, 2012, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sybil donated her body to the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine.

Sybil was preceded in death by her parents, her only sibling, Robert Burt, and her granddaughter, Wendy Hundling.

She is survived by her husband, Roland, of Wall Lake; children, Shelley (David) Hundling of Breda, IA; Brad (Angela) Simpson of Las Vegas, NV and Roberta (Eric) Dolbeare of Nebo, IL; grandchildren Shannon (Jim) Emlaw of Avoca, PA; Gretchen Hundling of Encino, CA; Brice (Melanie) Hundling of Breda, IA; Jenna (Drew) Simonsen of Muscatine, IA and Cliff (Emily) Dolbeare of Wahiawa, HI; great-grandchildren Shelbi Emlaw, Gabrielle Hundling and Wilhelm Hundling; sister-in-law, Jody Burt of South Bend, IN and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to an organization or charity of the donor's choice .
