Mrs. Weber, the former Gladys I. Kenny, was born Nov. 10, 1897, near Early to John and Lola Prentice Kenny. She married Dewey W. Weber April 2, 1921 in Sac City. They had farmed near Early prior to his death in 1966.

She had been a resident of Early for the past 15 years. She was a member of the Early Federated Women's Club, the American Legion Auxiliary, the Eastern Star, the Past Matrons and the United Methodist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, two brothers, one sister and two grandsons.

Survivors include a son, John of Early; four daughters, Mrs. Jeri Davenport of Lake View, Mrs. Jack (Hallie) Woolrich of Grand Forks, N.D., Mrs. Raymond (Vivian) Jeckell of Trenton, Mo., and Mrs. Dorothy Maylin of Bellevue, Neb., 18 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
