Ray LAIRD of Rice township died in the Ringgold County Hospital on Monday. He had been involved in a tractor accident at the Elgie DRAKE farm where he was fatally injured. Funeral services were held on Friday afternoon at Rose Hill Cemetery.
NOTE: Loren "Ray" LAIRD, the son of Samuel A. and Sarah Elizabeth Ann (CALDWELL) LAIRD, was born in Ringgold County on October 7, 1889.
