Spurrier, Frank -
We learned on Monday of the death of Frank Spurrier of Mount Ayr. He was quite well known here, being the father of Harry Spurrier, Albert Spurrier, and of their brothers, well known lo Clearfield people. Mr. Spurrier had been doctoring for some time for cancer, and with apparent good results, but quite recently contracted a severe case of erysipelas, and of this he died at the Methodist hospital in Des Moines. The remains were brought to Mount Ayr for the funeral and interment.
