NOTICE of DEATH.

Josephine, infant daughter of Auditor and Mrs. J. F. WALL, died Monday night, after a short illness. The funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon from the home by Rev. Dr. CAKLHOUN and Rev. J. H. TEDFORD. The interment was made in Rose Hill cemetery [Mount Ayr]. The parents, sisters and brother, have the sincere sympathy of many friends. They may take comfort in the thought that the "Good Shepherd takes the lambs in His arms, and carries them in His bosom."
