NOTICE of DEATH.

--DIED:--GUSSIE May, the oldest child of Mr. and Mrs. Henry ROSS, of paralysis, on Sunday morning, July 19th. She was an interesting child of eight years, a joy to the parents, whose loss is a sad blow to them. They desire us to return thanks to neighbors and friends who tendered their services in the trying hour.

NOTE: Gussie' father, Henry H. ROSS, was born in 1840, and died September 3, 1917 with interment at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa. Henry H. ROSS was a Civil War veteran.
