NOTICE of DEATH.

-- Last Thursday morning J. E. DOZE's little daughter, Nellie, aged three years, was playing near a tub of hot water, which was setting on a chair, when by some means she turned the tub over, scalding her so badly that she died the next morning. All that human aid could do, was done, but it was of no avail. She was a bright, interesting child, and her sudden and horrible death has cast a shadow over that household that will remain for many a day. The anguish of parents is bitter enough in the loss of a little one by natural death, but sudden and accidental deaths are far more heart-rending. [Interment was made in Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr, Iowa.]
