Roudybush reunion held

The 63rd annual family reunion of the family of William and Maria Griffith Roudybush was held Sunday, June 28, 2015 at the home of Jim Brown near Lenox. The day was spent sharing the wonderful potluck dishes and visiting with family members.

There were the following births reported during this past year: Corbin LeRoy Hoffman, July 8, 2014 to Caleb and Kayla Hoffman; Alana Roe Brown, born October 3, 2014, daughter of Nick and Jenna Brown; Avery Kay Brown, born December 4, 2014, daughter of Steven and Tyson Brown; Atlee William Conklin, born April 2, 2015 to Michelle Ohren and Austin Conklin; Grayson Thomas Long, born April 6, 2015, son of Jennett Brown; Evan Jack Burns, born May 22, 2015 to Kevin and Trina Burns; and Connor Jackson Street, born June 22, 2015, son of Kaitlyn and Colby Street.

Deaths reported were Guadalupe Helen (Torres) Novak, May 12, 2015 and Jack Burns, June 11, 2015.

Joann Ballenger presided over the business meeting. Secretary Kris Roudybush read the minutes of last year's reunion. Joann and Kris will continue to serve as President and secretary, respectively. A monetary gift was given to Jim Brown for his hosting the reunion at his home. We plan to meet there again next year at noon on June 26, 2016.

Duane Dolecheck shared the obituary article for Guadalupe Novak. Pauline Crussell celebrated her 80th birthday on Friday, June 26, 2015.
