Haidsiak Reunion

The descendants of John R. and Anna C. HAIDSIAK met Sunday, July 21, 2002, in the Blockton Community Hall for a reunion.

Present were Vivian HAIDSIAK and Carol DYKMAN of Bedford; Mary LONGE, Lincoln, NE; Nina DUKES, Rodger DUKES and Dorothy and Marvin SLEEP, Bedford; Kenneth and Edna DUKES, Council Bluffs; Wayne and Jean HAIDSIAK, George and Sherry HAIDSIAK, and Jamie HAIDSIAK, Clearfield; Vera CARSON, Redding; Lois HAIDSIAK, Max and Dorothy HAIDSIAK and Crystal HAIDSIAK, Bedford; John and Kim HAIDSIAK, Red Oak; Dr. Wayne and Donna HAIDSIAK, Duggy, B. J. and Samanatha, Lenox; Buster HAIDSIAK, Christopher HAIDSIAK and Alana HAIDSIAK, Madrid; Susan CHESTNUT, Melissa CHESTNUT and friend Todd BAKER, Kailey WILMES, Lisa CRATER, Taylor and Adam, all of Hopkins, MO; Riley HAIDSIAK, Des Moines; Kristi and Gary HANNA, Jonathan and Kimberly, Maryville MO; Annabel WALKUP, John David WALKUP, Dale and Sharon WALKUP, Ann Marie and James CORD, Redding; Mike and Mary WALKUP, Brandon WALKUP, Jennifer WALKUP and Kelsey McVAY, Winterset.

George HAIDSIAK asked the Lord's blessing on all and before partaking of the good food. A family group picture of "Piper" and Annie and the nine "kids" taken in the 1930's and individual pictures of John and Anna were on the registry table. All enjoyed the day and are looking forward to meeting on July 27, 2003 at the Blockton Community Hall.
