1901IOWA TELEPHONE COMPANIES
KELLERTON, IOWA. A meeting was held for the purpose of organizing the Kellerton Central Telephone Company. W. W. PEASLEY was elected president, W. G. McCLEARY treasurer, and O. B. OVERHOLSER secretary.
MT. AYRE (sic), IOWA. At a meeting of the stockholders articles of incorporation were submitted by the committee. Five temporary officers were elected, as follows: John H. ALLYN, president; Carl LUNNEY, vice-president; G. A. WYANT, secretary: Clyde DUNNING, treasurer. The name of the organization is The Mt. Ayr Mutual Telephone Company.
