Having inherited their athletic ability from their father, the BRABY youngsters made their mark in wrestling, basketball and softball through their school years in Mount Ayr Community schools. Curtis wrestled his way to the State championship in the heavyweight division and was Mount Ayr's first State champion in wrestling. To this date, there has been no other.
