Laberta "Betty" Ruth Everist, age 92, formerly of Brooklyn, passed away February 24, 2012. Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 21 at Grace United Methodist Church, Brooklyn, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to a music scholarship in her name at BGM Community High School. Kloster Funeral Home, Brooklyn is in charge of arrangements.
