NORMAN HALL

Norman Hall, 76, of Montezuma passed away Monday morning, October 21, 2019. A Celebration of Life and Reception will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 26, 2019 in the First Presbyterian Evangelical Church fellowship hall in Montezuma. A private family service and burial are planned with burial in the Jackson Township Cemetery in Montezuma. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Montezuma Fire Department. Holland-Coble Funeral Home of Montezuma is in charge of arrangements.

Norman Lyle Hall, the son of Lyle and Zella (Billick) Hall, was born on November 11, 1942. He was a 1961 graduate of Montezuma High School. Norman was united in marriage to Judy Pierce on February 14, 1964 in Ewart, Iowa. To this union three children were born, Wade, Leslie and Jennifer. Norman loved his family and was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He worked at the ASCS Office measuring and checking bins, Sig Manufacturing, DeLong Sportswear; he farmed and also ran a dairy operation in rural Malcom. He loved spending time with his kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as taking naps. He always looked forward to Sunday family dinners.

His memory will be cherished by his wife, Judy Hall of Montezuma; his children, Wade (Gina) Hall of Grinnell, Leslie (Gretchen) Hall of Grinnell and Jennifer (Jimmy) Fisk of Montezuma; his grandchildren, Charity Hall, Allison (Derek) Van Weelden, Zach (Elise) Hall, Miranda (Cole Ransom) Hall, Jameson (Kayla) Fisk, Cameron (Danielle) Fisk and Braxton (Emily) Fisk; his great grandchildren, Jackson Hutchinson, Brooke Hutchinson, Sheldyn Van Weelden, Barrett Van Weelden, Atlas Hall, Mila Bergan, Brylee Fisk, Brynslee Fisk, Tucker Fisk and Baby-to-be Ransom.

Norman was preceded in death by a grandson, Keagan Hall and a brother-in-law, Earl Pierce.
