LOIS K. FAGER

Lois K. Fager, 90, of Peoria, IL, passed away Friday, November 25, 2016, at Unity Point Health-Proctor.

Lois was born September 20, 1926, in Kewaunee, Wi, to William and Caroline (Hendel) Kuether. She married Earl E.C. Fager on September 11, 1949, in Kewaunee, WI.

Surviving are her three children, Lloyd (Kathy) Fager of Whitefish, MT, Susan (Michael) O'Connor of Memphis, TN, and Paul Fager of Peoria, IL; sixteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents; husband; three brohers and two sisters.

If she would tell you her greatest interests and accomplishments, they would be wife, mother, church organist for over sixty years, being involved in the founding of the Lutheran Women's Missionary Society, being active in the Mission for the Visually Handicapped, years of volunteer service at Proctor Hospital, and being an active member of Living Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church in Peoria.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 2, 2016, at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Matt Mueller will officiate. Interment will be in Parkview Cemetery.
