DARLAND RITES
ARE SCHEDULED

Donald Darland, 62, of 120 N. Alessandro Ave., San Jacinto, Calif., died of an apparent heart attack Friday evening while visiting friends at Diamond Lake near Montezuma.

He was dead on arrival at Grinnell General Hospital.

Mr. Darland had been here for the past week, staying with the Raymond Peters family on Rte. 2, Malcom.

Survivors include his wife, June; a son, Ted Edward Darland of Ontario, Calif.; and a daughter, Rose Marie Darland of Los Angeles, Calif.

Funeral Services will be conducted tomorrow in San Jacinto. Friends may call the Smith Funeral Home for additional information.
