JACOB JOHNSON

Jacob Andrew Johnson, 2 months, the son of Dan and Susan Johnson of Des Moines, died of a genetic degenerative disorder Tuesday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines.

Funeral services were conducted Friday at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell with burial in Hazelwood Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Mercy Hospital Special Care Nursery.

Surviving are his parents and his grandparents, Sheila Johnson and Wayne and Evelyn Wiley, all of Grinnell.
