W.G. PIERSON
DIES IN FLORIDA

Word has reached Grinnell of the death of W.G. Pierson, a former prominent resident of Brooklyn, who passed away Friday at Belleview, Florida, where he had made his home for the past seven years. Burial was made in Belleview Sunday beside his wife, who died two years ago. Five children and several grandchildren survive.

The children are Mrs. Clyde Hall of Brooklyn, Mrs. Torrance, Mrs. Dale and John, all living in Florida; and Robert, who makes his home in Georgia. Mr. Pierson was a brother of Mrs. Waldo Evans, now of Des Moines.
