1945 - 2013Donald Fleener, 67, of Grinnell, died on Sunday at Grinnell Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m., Thursday, February 14, 2013, at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell. Interment will be at Hazelwood Cemetery in Grinnell.
Friends may call at the funeral home beginning 12 noon on Wednesday and the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
Memorials may be directed to the Grinnell Regional Hospice.
Survivors include his three daughters, Kris (Clint) Vonk of Sully, Karin (Rich) Jones of Grinnell and Debbie Smith of Brooklyn; four grandchildren; his father, Ralph Fleener of Grinnell; and his sister, Janet (Greg) Muckler of Grinnell.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn Fleener; his mother, Dorothy Fleener; and one sister, Marilyn Rector.
