MARY D. BEYER

Mary D. Beyer, 72, of Aurora, Ill., formerly of Grinnell and Des Moines died of renal failure Tuesday, April 10, at her home.

Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, with the Rev. William Reynolds officiating. Music will be provided by Steve McCaslin, organist, and members of St. Mary's Choir. Private family burial will be at Hazelwood Cemetery.

There will be no visitation. Smith Funeral Home of Grinnell is handling arrangements.

She was born Aug. 6, 1928, in Grinnell to Clifford and Violet May Kline Streck. She was raised in Grinnell and graduated from Grinnell High School in 1946. She lived in the Des Mines area.

She was married to Robert A. Beyer April17, 1971, in Aurora. The couple then lived in Aurora.

Mrs. Beyer was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Aurora.

Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Connie White of Des Moines and Paula Ferrer of Aurora; one son, Clifford Whitlatch of Aurora; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Edith Lynch of Anaheim, Calif.

Her parents preceded her in death.
