Bennie Russell Foser, 78, passed away on 31 December 1989 in McAllen, Texas.
Bennie was born on 6 December 1921 in Richland Township, Mahaska County, Iowa to Ralph Thomas Foster and Ethel Vaughn. He was united in marriage to Verona Pearce in 1942. After they were married, Bennie and Verona farmed in and around the Grinnell and Montezuma areas for many years. After 18 years, he retired as Secretary-Manager of the South Central Mutual Insurance Association in Chariton.
Besides his wife, Bennie is survived by his children Ron (Martha) Foster, Charlotte (Dave) Cox, and Sharon Brinkmeyer; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
