Farm Hand Believed Guilty Of Double Murder and Suicide
MONTEZUMA, Jan 26.--Mrs. Virgil Lambirth, 36, third victim of a triple shooting which took place on the Lambirth farm here 10 days ago, died last night. Her husband, 45, died the day following the shooting, and Clarence Brewer, 28 year old farm hand, believe to have shot the couple, was found dead, apparently a suicide, in the Lambirth home. No motive was ever found for the shooting. It was known that the Lambirths and Brewer came from the same part of Kentucky and one theory advanced was that differencea they had had there led to the tragedy. A son, Ralph, 11, survives the Lambirth couple.
