GEORGE TIMBRELL
DIES SUDDENLY

Funeral services for George Milton Timbrell of Grinnell who died suddenly at his home Monday, were held Wednesday afternoon from the Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. G.S. Bruland officiating.

Pallbearers were Columbus Van Trees, George Phipps, Fred Weber, and Howard Sage. Burial was at Hazelwood cemetery.

Son of John and Sarah Shockley Timbrell, he was born at Montezuma on Feb. 26, 1881. Mr. Timbrell lived in the Grinnell and Montezuma areas all of his life.

He is survived by three nieces and one nephew: Mrs. Charles Vescio of Le Claire; Mrs. John Timson of Moline, Illinois; Mrs. Walter Riecke of Le Claire; and George Nicholson of Des Moines.
