--Yesterday morning Miss E. Marvin, Mrs. Dunn's sister, died very suddenly of a disease of the stomach. Miss Marvin was a most estimable lady, and her friends sustain a great loss in her unexpected death. The readers of the HERALD have seen frequent articles from her pen, on various subjects. Her former home was in Illinois, and her resting place will be here. Brief funeral services were held at Mrs. Dunn's last evening, and the family accompanied the remains to Illinois on the night train.
