JANA PRICE, 6, DIES
FROM MISHAP INJURIES

Miss Jana Price, 6-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Price of Kent, Wash., former Grinnell area residents, died late Sunday afternoon from injuries received in a car-bicycle accident in Kent almost two weeks ago.

Jana had been cycling with her mother on a street near their home on Aug. 3 when she was hit by a car.

Mrs. Price is the former Karen Pearce, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Pearce. Mr. Price is the son of Mrs. Elsie Price and was a former resident of the Oak Grove community.

In addition to her parents and grandparents, Jana is survived by a brother, Richard, and two sisters, Vicki and Susie.

Mr. and Mrs. Pearce, Mrs. Price and Kenneth Pearce, Mrs. Price's brother, left Iowa Monday to attend the funeral services.
