DIES IN PHOENIX

Isaac Bucksbaum, 85, a former Grinnell retailer, died Friday, Jan. 17, at Bryan's Memorial Extended Care Center in Phoenix, Ariz.

Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, Jan. 19, at Sinae Mortuary Chapel in Phoenix. The family has suggested contributions to either Temple Beth Israel, 3310 N. 10th Ave., Phoenix 85013, or the American Cancer Society, 634 West Indian School Rd., Phoenix 85013.

Mr. Bucksbaum was born in Austria and moved to Phoenix from Grinnell 25 years ago. He was a proprietor of a retail clothing and shoe store.

He was a member of Temple Beth Israel in Phoenix. In Iowa, he was a member of B'nai Brith, the Scottish Rite Masonic Lodge and the Shrine.

He is survived by his wife, Bessie C. Bucksbaum of Phoenix; two sons, Dr. Solomon P. Bucksbaum of Phoenix and Arnold M. Bucksbaum of Cedar Rapids; and two grandchildren.
