--James Madison Hester, who was brought to Grinnell a few days ago by his son, Herbert Hester, died at the home of Ben Sheline, the father of Mrs. Herbert Hester. Mr. Hester was very ill with rheumatism when he was brought to Grinnell. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon and the body was taken back to the old home in Lawrence, Kas., for burial.
