THEODORE PULS

Theodore Peter Puls, son of Louis and Minnie Puls, was born in Malcom township Oct. 23, 1891. He was baptized in infancy and was confirmed in Trinity Lutheran church March 29, 1907.

On Feb. 27, 1919, he was married to Sophia Schroeder of Tama. Ted, as he was known to everyone, farmed all his life until his health began to fail five years ago when he and his wife moved to Malcom. He passed away Saturday, September 5, 1953.

He is survived by his wife; three brothers, Fred and Elmer of Grinnell and John of Malcom; three sisters, Josie Mithelman, Marie Fogel, and Evelyn Gross of Malcom; many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister Ida Ferguson, and two brothers Louis and Charles. He will be greatly missed by his wife, the family, and all who knew him.
