DEATH CALLS MISS MARY GILLESPIE

Miss Mary Eulalie Gillespie, for over sixty years a resident of Rock Creek neighborhood, passed away Wednesday evening at about 7:30 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. B.C. Buck in Rock Creek township. Miss Gillespie had been ill for quite a while. She was a member of one of the pioneer families of that neighborhood and has left her impress on the community in which she lived.

Surviving relatives are two brothers, Oswald of Nebraska, and Elmer who lives in Idaho, and a sister, Adelaide who also lives in the west. A nephew, Harry Gillespie, of this city also survives.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the church in *Hickory Grove township, conducted by Elder W.A. Holmes of Newton. Burial will be in the family lot in the cemetery adjoining this church.
