INEZ QUEEN

Inez, 77, Tacoma, Wash., formerly of Grinnell, died Friday, Oct. 8. Graveside services were held there.

She was born in Oskaloosa, the daughter of Lester and Delores Horn. She was a graduate of Oskaloossa High School and was married in Oskaloosa to John Queen who formerly owned a furniture store here. She was a homemaker and member of the Christian Science Church and had worked in a Christian Science nursing home in Tacoma.

She is survived by three sons, Phil Queen, Bremerton, Wash., and Dennis Queen and Tom Queen, both of Tacoma; four grandchildren, and two sisters Elaine VonFeldt and Esther Lanphier, both of Oskaloosa. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister Rowena.
