OBITUARY

HENRY BALDWIN STORM

Henry Baldwin Storm, born Nov. 17, 1872, in the Chester neighborhood, Poweshiek county, passed away December 9, 1952 at Wadsworth Veterans hospital in Sawtelle, Calif., after an illness of ten weeks caused by cardiac insufficiency.

Mr. Storm retired 5 years ago from the Rexall Drug Company after 37 years of faithful service. He was manager of the Chicago branch for 25 years. He was transferred to the Los Angeles, California branch ten years ago during the regime of Mr. Liggett, founder of the drug comany, then known as The United Drug Co. Mr. Storm was a director of the company. He was a beloved past president of the Chicago Central Manufacturing District Club.

Mr. Storm volunteered May 11, 1896, in Lincoln, Neb. and served as hospital steward with the 2nd regiment of Nebraska infantry during the Spanish-American War. He was honorably discharged Oct. 24, 1898.

Besides his widow, Mrs. Caroline E. Storm, formerly of Marshalltown and Sioux City, and now residing at 405 North Wilton Place, Los Angeles, he leaves his brother-in-law, William J. Harrison of Brooklyn.
