RITES HELD FOR NEVADA MCCULLOUGH

Services for Mrs. Nevada McCullough, Searsboro, were held at the Searsboro Community Church Saturday, April 4th, with the Rev. Myrtle Lee officiating. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery at Searsboro.

OBITUARY

Nevada Oates McCullough, daughter of William and Mary Oates, was born January 6, 1865 at Morning Sun, Iowa and passed away at Montezuma on April 1, 1959 at the age of 94 years, 2 months and 26 days.

She was united in marriage to William McCullough on May 30, 1888. To this union was born 4 sons and 1 daughter. She was preceded in death by her husband and 2 sons.

Mrs. McCullough moved to Searsboro in 1924. From 1932 until 1946 she made her home with her daughter but has lived in Searsboro since that time. She was a member of the Searsboro Community Church.

She is survived by her three children, six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Also surviving is one brother, Ben Oates of Anaheim, California and many relatives and friends.
