DAVID TALBOTT DIES TUESDAY

David Talbott, 81, a former Grinnell resident who had been a resident of a nursing home in Olathe, Kan., for the past several years, died there Tuesday. His body was cremated and a memorial will be held later in Lincoln, Neb.

He was born in Grinnell in 1904, the son of Dr. and Mrs. E.F. Talbott, and for many years was a partner in the firm of Talbott and Olds. Following his retirement he moved to Lincoln, Neb., and then to Fort Myers, Fla., before entering the nursing home in Kansas. He was married to the former Mary Fraser.

Survivors include his wife, Mary of Lincoln, Neb.; two daughters, Rosemary of Lincoln and Pam of Utah; two sons, Gene of Kansas City, Mo., and Dave of California; two sisters, Wilma Olds of Grinnell and Helen Blasier of Fort Myers; and one brother, Basil Talbott of Florida.
