CHARLES RECTOR DIES SUDDENLY IN OKLAHOMA CITY
Mrs. Cora Rector of Malcom received word Wednesday night that her son, Charles Rector, had died suddenly in Oklahoma City, following a heart attack. Funeral arrangements have not been made.
Charles, a well-known midget entertainer, acquired nationwide reputation for his appearances on the Philip Morris radio program and has been busy for the past few months presenting his act in army camps. On one occasion at least he had presented a program in Grinnell. The Malcom correspondence of The Herald-Register announced that he planned to come home for a long rest with his mother.
