White Fuji mums and pink carnations decorated the Jefferson Avenue Methodist Church, Wheatridge, Colo., July 28 for the marriage of Harriet Ann Penquite, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald O. Penquite, Grinnell, Iowa, and William Orval Richardson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry O. Richardson, Hoxie.

The Rev. Calvin Roetzel officiated at the double ring marriage. Mrs. H. Martin was musician.

The bride chose a street-length gown of ivory satin styled with a petal neckline and cap sleeves. A shoulder length illusion veil fell from a headdress of pearl-encrusted orange blossoms. She carried a cascade of Fuji mums and ivy.

Judith Zimmerman, Denver, Colo., was maid of honor. Susan Penquite, sister of the bride was maiden of honor. They wore pink silk organza dresses and carried Fuji mums.

Best man for his brother was Dean G. Richardson, Boise, Idaho. Ushers were Harry D. Richardson, Hoxie, brother of the groom, and Thomas Penquite, the bride's brother.

The reception was at the Holland House, Golden, Colo. Assisting were friends and relatives from Kansas, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Idaho, Illinois,, Oip and Florida.

The bride attended Iowa State University, Ames, where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. She has worked as special events co-ordinator for From Out of the West Inc., Denver.

The groom is a graduate of the University of Kansas, Lawrence, and is engaged in business and farming. He is a representative in the Kansas Legislature.

Following a trip to Lake Louse and Bauff, Alberta, Canada, Mr. and Mrs. Richardson will live in Hoxie.
