SEEK IOWAN FOR SLAYING OF TWO

Believe Keswick Man May Be Attempting to Return to Belgium

KESWICK, Apr. 6. (UP)--Possibility that Adolph Martens, 50, sought since Saturday for the slaying of his wife and stepdaughter, might be trying to return to his native home in Belgium was considered by Keokuk county officers today. Searching since Saturday afternoon when the bodies of Stella Martens, 42, his wife, and Maxine Abel, 14, his stepdaughter, were found in the family's farm shack, officers had found no trace of Martens yesterday. They expressed the belief that he was out of Keokuk county. Coroner Irvin Reynolds announced that the inquest will be held here at 7:30 p.m. today.
