JOE THE CARVER IS
INVENTING FURNACES

Joe Buchart, widely known as "Joe the Carver," is perfecting a new furnace, which he thinks will be a hummer. Joe makes furnaces his hobby and at his place in the north west part of town, he has several furnaces, some built out of brick and some out of iron. Joe has been advertising lately in the Grinnell papers for some carving work.
