BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR SAMPSON
TWINS TUESDAY

Gerald and Geraldine Sampson, twins of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Sampson, celebrated their seventh birthday, Tuesday, June 29. Twelve boy and girl friends came to their home to help them celebrate and a delightful afternoon was spent playing outdoor and indoor games.

When it came time for refreshments, a cake for each twin was lighted. One was an angel food cake with yellow candles and the other was a chocolate cake with red candles. After the candles were lighted the children grouped around them and sang two birthday songs. Mrs. Earl Kennedy assisted Mrs. Sampson with serving.

The guests of the afternoon included Martha May Hale, Jennie Mae Francis, Lavelle Marie Oostendorf, Doris Kennedy, Dorothy Swaney, Myrtle Holmes, Max Johnson, Donald Squire, Keith Downey, Stanley Brown, Bobby Evans, and Paul Wheeler.
