CURTIS DOBBS WED

In a double ring ceremony in the parsonage of the Rev. G.L. McKinney, Miss Mary Emma Mullins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Mullins of 203 Park street, became the bride of Sgt. Curtis E. Dobbs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Dobbs of 305 Park street, Tuesday evening, July 3, at 7 o'clock.

The bride wore a white dress with white accessories and a corsage of white gardenias. She was attended by Mrs. Gordon Mann, sister of the groom, who was attired in a light blue two-piece dress. Pfc. James H. Mullins, brother of the bride, who came recently from the Pacific, served as best man.

After the wedding a dinner for members of the two families was served in the Jesse Mullins' home.

Mrs. Dobbs was graduated this year from Grinnell high school. Sgt. Dobbs graduated from Grinnell high school for years ago. Two weeks ago he returned from Italy on a 30-day furlough after serving 27 months overseas.

Sgt. and Mrs. Dobbs have taken a short wedding trip to Madison, Wis., following which they will go to an army base in Maine, where Sgt. Dobbs must report for duty.
