BENEFIT DANCE PLANNED FOR PRICE FAMILY

A benefit dance has been scheduled in Brooklyn Saturday night, March 17, for the family of Robert Price, Brooklyn rural mail carrier who died last week following an accident on his rural mail route.

The dance is being sponsored by the Brooklyn Junior Chamber of Commerce. It will be from 9 to 12 in the Brooklyn Legion Hall.

Poweshiek County Rual Mail Carriers Association is also accepting contributions for the Price family. They can be sent to Melvin Hohl, route two, Malcom. He is secretary of the association.

Price was the father of four small children. His wife gave birth to their fourth child, a daughter, the day after his death.
