Chronicle:--Married, at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. O.H. Leonard, Wednesday evening, January 6, 1897, Mr. Troy O. Stephenson to Miss Clara H. Bennett, Dr. Busby officiating. The bride is a daughter of Sheriff and Mrs. L.M. Bennett, who are among the old and respected residents of this place. Miss Bennett is a graduate of the Brooklyn High School and is well known and popular among our young people. The groom is a son of A.J. Stephenson, a respected citizen of Brooklyn. He was educated in our public schools and has since been engaged in business here.
